New Product Introduction: HP-975 Label

YS Tech is pleased to introduce our new HP-975 label for high-temperature steel management and heat treatment process management.

Conventional hot steel labels are used to manage hot steel production and product traceability in outdoor environments. These labels were designed to fall off when reheated before subsequent processes, ensuring that they would not impact downstream processes, such as rolling, etc. However, some customers requested that these labels remain applied to the steel even after reheating.

As a response to these requests, we have developed the revolutionary HP-975 label, which can be attached to high-temperature objects at around 400 to 800°C. These labels will remain attached even after reheating to around 800°C. The HP-975 labels have both heat resistance and re-heat resistance that allow for excellent readability of visible characters, as well as easily scannable barcodes and QR codes.

With the HP-975, high-temperature steel production and reheating processes can be managed with a single label, contributing to improved production efficiency at manufacturing sites.
